Describe your main achievements in Zonta that are relevant to the role for which you are being nominated. The committee is looking for examples of what you have done and what the outcomes/results were. Please focus on your most recent achievements.

Being the Charter President and one of the Board of Directors, I always see to it that I always took part in all the advocacies and projects of our club. Likewise, I always volunteer, despite the tedious job that I have, as a host during our meetings and assemblies. I also tried to encourage others to join our club by asserting Zonta's advocacies, thus, increasing the number of our members.

Responsibilities of position :

As a managing director, I provide strategic advice and guidance to the members of the board, to keep them aware of developments within the industry and ensure that the appropriate policies are developed to meet the company's mission and objectives and to comply with all relevant statutory and other regulations.

Contribution of business/professional experience to the effective performance of positions:

As a franchisee and CEO of Max's Restaurant, Yellow Cab, and Dencio's, I believe I can contribute to the success of Zonta's projects and meetings by making my restaurants as venues for these. I can also use my network to raise awareness among members and non-members of Zonta about its advocacies and objectives. My leadership skills will help me to work with other officers to strengthen the bonds, thus, making us lead in harmony and unity. I also believe that my strong interpersonal and communication skills have facilitated effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. I excel at building relationships, fostering teamwork, and leading projects to successful completion. I believe that open and transparent communication is key to fostering a positive and productive work environment.

As an entrepreneur, I believe I possess competencies and attributes that qualifies me for the position. I possess competencies in language proficiency, extensive knowledge base, contextual understanding, adaptability, natural language generation, and continuous learning, which qualify me to serve in the position I am nominated for.
